THE FRIEND OF UNCERTAINTY

It became apparent today, that the intellect dominated by the ego uses stories "to feel safe." As these stories are no longer identified as me or mine, and the ego begins to melt, then the false security created by thought is no longer there. What arises is "uncertainty." This uncertainty is something which becomes our best friend as we no longer can be described as separate from everyone and everything. The best we can do is rest in what i call, the space with the capacity to notice. Also, there is a freedom in this. We realize that in the "cognitive space" there is a freedom for all. Meaning - everyone, and all Life situations are allowed to be just as they are. This relaxation becomes true freedom, for no-body and every body.

THE DREAMER NOT THE DREAM

Woke in the middle of the night last night and these words spoke them self.

No one is ever born and no one ever dies

The Dreamer watches the dream

When its over, the Dreamer lives on to dream again

For IT was,(You were) never born and will never die

There is nothing in a dream worth fretting over

It's a dream, a mental make-believe, wake-up!

There is nothing in the dream to negate

The dream is always balancing itself out, wake-up!

Relax, enjoy the special effects. You are the Light

This Now is all there is, or ever will be

Rest as the One that is always meditating

Remember, You are the Dreamer, not the dream

IN LOVE THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE

In love there is no difference. Only a highly hypnotized
state would suggest otherwise. What looks out behind these
eyes - is the same Great One, that looks out behind those eyes.

Mankind is blessed beyond measure, for each seeming vessel is an
opening for the Great One, without name, or shape, and yet It includes
names and shapes.

We know our true Self by the Love that flows as All thoughts,
All feelings, All emotions, All sensations and the magnificent colors
of moment to moment landscapes.

We know our true Being when (we) the Authentic Self, shows up as a
vulnerability, or genuine "not knowing."

This generation is one of Spirit, for Awareness is becoming aware that
it is AWARE. The Authentic Self becomes the only one to show up,
for IT is the bringer of a New Dawn, and always great surprise.

Do you feel the Spiritual Heart open when a bird sings its melodious
song, or a brother or sister expresses the appearance of fear?
Equally, the Spiritual Heart opens when joy takes over and laughter
flows as Power, uncontained. In love there is no difference.

Some "wonder" - is HERE -" waiting recognition. Perhaps old,
time-based stories chatter away, but to no avail, for chatter can't
remain in the "openness" of Now. Love forever flows through us
and is us. Something becomes aware of what "all this and that"
is appearing TO. "It" can't be put into words. We "know It" by
"being It" - our most beautiful Infinite, eternal, shining Self.

In love there is no difference, for Life and Love are not two.
They are two words, but one AWARENESS.

The Truman Show teaches that it is ultimately good to break away from the false aspects of present-day perceptions. Although we may grieve the loss of our previous convictions, we are liberated to explore whole new realities by letting go of old beliefs. This can be deeply fulfilling, as our true identity emerges naturally within a more truthful world. Sometimes we must break away from our perceptions to discover more about the 'tru-man' within. THE FLOW OF LOVE

Life is a flow, without a thinker, yet thinking happens.

Life is a flow, without a doer, yet doing happens.

Life is feeling without a feeler, sensation without a sensor,

touch without a touch-er, smell without a smell-er,

listening without a listener, seeing without a seer, and

taste without a taste-er.

Awareness is never not here, always aware of Life.

The two words, "Life" and "Awareness" are not two, just

two words. In fact they are but one Reality without words.

What all of these words appear TO is Infinite, eternal and beautiful.

Let go of everything, keep quiet, just Be Here Now.

All is well, always has been and always will be.

VIRTUAL REALITY

Virtual Reality has a beginning, middle and end. At the end, nothing ever happened, because "virtual" means "not real."

It is like everything happens, but nothing happens to anyone, including this body/mind that is part of the Virtual Reality, once called "me" or "my life" - or "you" and "your life." In the Virtual Fourth Dimension it may seem like there are "individual people" and they are making choices, but assuredly neither is the case.

Something still and quiet is ever present, aware, while Virtual Reality plays itself out. Or - as the One Power - here, now, pours it Self into whatever forms currently, spontaneously appear. ONE NOT TWO. Simultaneously, there is this underlying "knowing" that in the end, nothing ever happened.

In a strange way, there is "peace" - a "loving detachment" in "this knowing." This peace carries with it, a felt sense that all is well somehow, and it always has been. This is not easy to put into words. Silence or "conscious stillness" along with a felt acceptance of "what is" as it is, expresses it best. It is kind of like, not caring, but in a positive way, a way of Being without fear. Whatever appears, appears, and it never touches this "opening."

"This" that is AWARE, can only "be aware. " It is infinite, unborn, eternal, and what YOU are right now. Keep quiet. It's all happening on its own. It is happening "through" You, but not "to" You.

A WAY OF LIFE

The new species of human kind (Homospiritus) lives from the
depths of Presence as "a simple way of life."

No "mental construct" is needed to just BE. Mental constructs
are seen as a "function" rather than a self. Such a function is
completely benevolent or neutral when its content is no longer
attached to a sensation called body, or a ghost once called "me."

These "constructs" take long leaves of absence or not. It's all the
same to AWARENESS, Unity, or inseparability, which "negates
no-thing." Why would IT negate? IT would only be negating its SELF.

An "ease of being" sort of flows along with everything, because
this "everything" appears "within" its unmoving luminous SELF."
All is "welcome" to come and go, and leave with no trace.

ONE TEACHER WITHIN

The only teacher is the One within. "That" which keeps discovering the "simplicity" and union or inseparability of everything. Your insights are trustworthy. Life is an amazing Intelligence, we are not separate from That, nothing is separate from THAT. This is where the "relaxing" comes in. Like John Lennon said: "Let it be, let it be." Nothing to "do" - nothing to "get". YOU are already whole, beautiful and amazingly free.

These "concepts" are arising in the "simplicity" of "what" you already are in this moment. Relax! A lifetime of "trying" is over. Rest in this natural "clear seeing." Simple.

At this phase of the Cosmic game of "Hide and Seek" - this is all that needs to be heard, because You realize this freedom is coming from within You and "is" You. No words can capture THIS. You just Know.

HEAT SEEKING MISSILE

One Power, One Life, One Love, expressing it Self into every expression of it Self. You are like a Heat Seeking Missile that sneaks in under the radar of old worn out belief systems. Before you know it, You know yourself as THAT. You cannot miss the mark! Just RELAX in "THAT" space periodically throughout the day. SIMPLE! Don't worry. You cannot NOT be what you already are!

UNCHANGED AND FREE

Awareness is our real identity. Awareness is not an appearance. It is the unmoving, unchanging colonizing space through which all appearances seem to come and go. Awareness is our true Self. Now if we are in agreement, please follow along.

All that passes through us, the real US, is impersonal. Still, the mind (thought) does what it does best.....dialogues to convince itself that the impersonal is personal. Keep in mind, "THAT" which is AWARE of both movements through it SELF (the energy called sensation, and the energy called thought) remains unchanged and free. "That" is WHAT we are. Unlimited, non-intellectual and non-locatable.

More and more still, alert, aware Presence, simply "looking."

Less and less conceptual energy passing through the emptiness.

Less and less desire to change, rearrange, reply to, or manipulate
what "comes and goes" through.

This silent opening, this Spiritual Heart, this LOVE without attachment - LOVE without end, 'THIS' seems more You than anything words can say.
